Detail of round window trim

This complex window moulding was made with the Advanced Circle Jig. The Advanced Circle Jig was also used to cut the opening into the side of the building. It was then used to trim the vinyl siding to fit the window moulding.  This is an excellent tool for the construction industry, the professional woodshop or the hobbyist.

BEAUTIFUL FLOWER POST

This ornamental water wheel was built using the Base Plate Circle Jig for the center hubs and the Advanced Circle Jig for the water wheels. The water wheels are approximately 30-inches in diameter. The two wheels were easy to cut to the same exact dimensions because of the simplicity of making adjustments with the Dial Indiactor.

The client needed to raise his newel post by 1-inch and he accomplished this by cutting this 4-inch diameter spacer out of oak. He tried other methods first but could not get the look and finish he was looking for. Using the Base Plate Circle Jig he cut the spacer in about one minute and achieved the look and smooth finish he wanted.

This beautiful flower post was very simple to build with one 4" X 4" X  84" post and a 24" sq. plywood sheet. Four 9" diameter holes were cut in the plywood sheet with the Base Plate circle Jig in less than 5 minutes. A quick and inexpensive project that can add a lot of beauty to your yard.

The Base Plate Circle Jig is idealy suited for making speaker panels. It adjust easily for multiple diameter holes and can cut counter-bores as well. The hole being cut is 18-inches in diameter with this very compact 7-inch diameter base plate.
